So awhile ago I reblogged a post by ianbrooks (which I actually do quite often) about this super cute Peanuts book. Then I came home and my grandmother had put up this God-awful wallpaper everywhere. I asked my grandfather how he felt about it and he said.
“Uhm. I like it.”
Me: “No, how do you REALLY feel about this wallpaper?!”
Dede: “I hate it. BUT if your grandmother likes it and it makes her happy, then I pretend to like it.”
In conclusion…
Love is living with God-awful wallpaper because you want the other person to be happy.
